Nearby IQ HQ there exists a hidden village, behind the rubble and decay, the vegetation and mud, they live. Inside an old strip mall a few ruined buildings now find themselves housing a group of survivors that call themselves Sheenoobii. The area itself consists of an old parking lot and the grouping of buildings that curve into an "L" shape which allows for a built wall to create a rectangle that is the village's area.
One building is an old restaurant that now acts as the main cafeteria for the residents here. Art and banners adorn most of the walls and doorways with the symbol of the "village". A few members live here taking charge of cooking food and those supplies. Farms are hidden behind the building in a clearing in the woods.
A building that sits at the edge farthest away from the main building acts as an armory and lookout tower. Inside a decent amount of guns and ammunition lie there, mostly unused. Because the majority of the weapons that are actually not guns. Swords, knives, and other melee weapons are the primary means of defending oneself if they are from this village.
One building holds a makeshift smithy, where an older member spends his time transforming scrap metal into blades and weapons for the village.
The gateway of the wall leads visitors into a plaza that contains a trading stop, a merchant's depot. Traders of other settlements often come here as the residents are always looking for old world antiques and will trade more goods than anyone else for this seemingly useless items. A training area is also in this main plaza with many members practicing their fighting techniques on wooden dummies and punching bags.
The last major building is the Kaaheyy's residence. Which also acts as the main government building here in the village. It is here where members get missions and go out into the world to act in the Kaaheyy's interest. Most Sheenoobii believe that they are helping the world, but the current Kaaheyy may not always be acting in the best interest for everyone.
Demographics
Many different people live here but they all act the same. They know they are members of an elite organization, tasked with protecting the world from evil.
Government
One head member runs the "village". They name themselves "Kaaheyy" and have a small council to run the village with. The Kaaheyy is in complete charge of decisions for the village and is responsible for it's defense.

Wall and armed members. Constant defenses from trained Sheenoobii.
Industry & Trade
Most trade here is done in the plaza and little is done by going out to other settlements. Members of this village love old war antiques, mostly toys and novelty items that don't hold any value anymore in the Rocpocalypse.

The Kaaheyy and his Council act as the main faction. Rumors of other Sheenoobii members who disagree with the Kaaheyy meet at night to discuss a possible coup.
History
Founded by the first Kaaheyy, the village has grown from a few like-minded individuals to now a thriving settlement. While still small compared to some settlements the entrance to this village as an outsider is difficult and one must prove themselves through a test of combat and mental fortitude. Many people have come and go and a few years ago a large conflict occurred. Rogue warriors from Wedgeward came further into Henry Etta's than they should have. This resulted in a battle that nearly wiped the settlement off the map, killing the first Kaaheyy. The village survived though and rebuilt. Electing a newer, more war-focused Kaaheyy to protect the village in the future. Now the village prepares for another war, one of revenge, against the evil gangsters from Wedgeward.
