Tresendar Manor (Tress-END-arr Manor)

Tresendar Manor was an old manse and estate in eastern Phandalin that was been secretly purchased by Iarno Albrek (under his alias as Glasstaff) and used as the base of operations for the Redbrands.

History

Originally constructed during Phandalin's first incarnation about a thousand years ago, the manse's strong construction has allowed at least its foundation and overall structure to weather the ages, if not the roofs and walls of the ground levels.
After the Cragmaw 4 evicted the Redbrands from the mansion's underground levels, its site could be found as listed for sale on the Phandalin town office jobs board by Harbin Wester, for the price of 5,000 gp.
The Dendrars were rescued from the makeshift slave pens that part of the manor's crypts had been repurposed into.
