Joint Ice Breaker Fleet

Linnadeigh relies on navigable seas, but is bound in ice. Its ice breaker fleet is therefore second to none, with dozens of polar and littoral ice breakers clearing the waters daily. Linnadeigh's inshore waterways are kept clear by hundreds of small but powerful riverine breakers around the country, often dual-roled as lifeboats.
The JIBF is organised under the Linnadeigh Coastguard and operated jointly with the Linnadean Navy, but is administratively separate.
