Buuko the Buried
The tale of Bukko the Buried is one that has spanned eras, a wicked figure of 7 feet whose face is obscured by the skull of a deer, has appeared throughout time to steal the livestock of helpless peasants and herd them to the mountains. What makes the story of Buuko the Buried most chilling is the fact that he can be killed, and indeed has been killed, many times over. Though no matter how many times Buuko is killed, he has emerged again.
Buuko's story has been told over generations in many parts of the central kingdoms, particularly those in close proximities to mountainous areas where Buuko's lair could conceivably be. Often, Buuko is used by parents to scare little children to bed, that often when the skull-masked beast comes to steal the livestock of villagers, he would also steal away children who had not reserved themselves to sleep. In Redoria, Buuko is instead known as Dragor the Devourer, and his morbidity is yet further embellished. His lair is said to lay within the Redcrest Mountains where he has crafted a throneroom out of the bones of the animals and men he has slaughtered, ever-hungry and never satisfied.
