Baneswood

The Baneswood falls between the Tula and Tora rivers and is home to many tight-knit communities who live within the thick terrain of the forest. Having gotten a reputation for being a particularly tough and impenetrable obstacle for would-be conquerors, the Baneswood is proudly touted as home to the bravest and most skilled fighters that Doria has to offer.
Ilpamett is the principle settlement of the region, having great cultural and religious importance as the site of consecration of King Altti "the Silver King", as well as his resting place.
The region has also garnered a somewhat ominous reputation as the "Graveyard of Kings" due to the great number of noble deaths that have occurred there. Of course, this is no coincidence as the forest has long been in the possession of royalty.
