Antler
Antler is an external bone feature found on certain animals, deers in particular, that has come to play a significant role as a material used in decorative and functional small items. The antlers are either sourced from forests where the animal will shed them naturally, or from the carcass of the animals as the byproducts of hunting for sport and game. The antlers are then generally shaped into blocks which can then be further refined for purpose. Common uses of antlers include combs, sword hilt decorations, decorative embellishments, game pieces, buttons, nuts (crossbows, instruments), spectacles frames and many, many more.
