Called Qiongshanlang Yingshe in Sheorekan, the Ocean Prince is the fourth-ranked Prince of Sheoreka.

Duties

The Ocean Prince must demonstrate his competency in the Six Gentlemanly Arts and Four Scholarly Arts; as the Fourth Prince of the Empire, it is his duty to support his brother in all aspects of his future rule.

Accoutrements & Equipment

The Ocean Crown of the Fourth Prince is to be worn in the Prince's top-knot or ponytail; as a Prince of the Realm, he is entitled to wear the true indigo and blue silk prized by the court.
