Her Serene Highness, Ocean Princess Daishan Myeon
The eldest daughter of the Myeon Dynasty, Daishan is bold and brash, with a temper to match her brother Enzhan's and a mischievous witty streak a mile long. She is the court's best diplomat, and her gregarious nature has gotten her out of a few too many scrapes in her short life. Although she is not destined for the throne, her counsel was indispensable during the turbulent year when Yunzhe declared his abdication.

General Physical Condition
She is rather more soft and round than many of her brothers, but she is fit and graceful. Thanks to a carefully measured regimen of medications and magic, she is built much like any other woman.
Facial Features
Round-cheeked, bright-eyed, and innocent-looking, Daishan's features have been compared to a porcelain doll. Her high, strong cheekbones give the impression of chubby cheeks, her mouth is delicate and full, and her eyes are large and bright grey-blue.

Personal history
Daishan was born the Wind Princess on a moonless night, and it is said she came into the world smiling.
She was a cheerful, rambunctious force of nature for her first seven years, until a Minister of Diplomacy noted her precocious nature and took the young princess under his wing. Daishan grew into a fearsome force of stubbornness and diplomacy by the time she was fifteen. Brash and bold, she could talk anyone into knots without an ounce of fear and talk herself out of punishment for the multitude of pranks she was near famous for.
At thirteen, Daishan realized that she was not a boy, but rather a girl. She was supported in her sudden change by the Minister who had been mentoring her, and by all of her brothers closing ranks around her like an army.
When her brother Yunzhe abdicated, Daishan refused to back down, staunchly standing by Yunzhe and his beloved and offering her diplomacy skills to smooth over the power vacuum left by Yunzhe's abdication.
When she was crowned the Ocean Princess, Daishan held her head high as always and ignored all who said she wanted power beyond her means, doing her best to set an example for her tender-hearted brothers.
And when the Treaty came into the world, Daishan refused to let her elder brother go to a foreign country alone, and negotiated with officials many years her senior to be allowed to attend Enhwan for at least until his wedding.

Daishan was taken under the wing of Jaehyon Sin, a Minister of Diplomacy, at a very young age; the young minister quickly became her primary tutor. Under his guidance and that of many other imperial ministers, Daishan studied Diplomacy, Art, Music, Ettiquete and Deportment, Literature and Folklore, and various other subjects.
