Emperor of Myeon

Formally known as the Imperial Seat of Heaven, or in Sheorekan, Qiangzhi Yingzhang, the Emperor reigns over the people with all the authority of Heaven behind him.

Requirements

The Imperial Seat of Heaven must be a male blood relative of the Imperial Bloodline.

Appointment

The coronation of the Emperor is a lengthy affair, headed by the Prime Minister and Bishops, which lasts for three consecutive days of prayer, fasting, and the ritual investiture.

Duties

The Emperor is required to attend (and assist the Bishops in officiating) most religious ceremonies, as well as attending Senate Meetings and holding celebrations for major holidays.

Responsibilities

The Emperor must put his seal to the orders of every aspect of the Empire's governance, from sewer systems to the construction of palaces to tax law to appointing new Bishops.
