Renn

Renn is the capital city of Ilye. A constitutional monarchy, it is ran by the royals alongside the council of Ilye.

Demographics

The population is around 30,000.
The spread of species is primarily Human, Vin'Teixi and Dan'Teixi, with a fair amount of Drosse, Nathi and Thuro. Other species are fairly well represented.

Government

The current ruler of the city and the country is Princess Petra of Ilye, aided by the Council of Ilye. The city is run competently and is well organised.

Architecture

The city is primarily built of white stone with wood supports. The streets are cobblestoned in less trafficked areas, and made of large grey stone slabs in the larger streets. It's very open and has a bright air to it, with fairly well manicured garden spaces and greenery around.

Geography

The city is very close to the ocean, though not directly on the coast, and therefore has a coastal, slightly salty air. It is surrounded by rolling hills and some light forest.

Climate

The air is generally very slightly warm with cool breezes from the ocean. It shares it's climate with most of the rest of Ilye, with a more coastal feel.
