Ostary is the northmost country in the Devene country group. It is primarily very cold and snowy, with mostly mountainous terrain.

Primarily Thuro, Bale'Shi and Nest'Shi. Minor occurences of other races.

Government

There is no official main government.

Geography

Primarily rocky and mountainous, leading into steep hills in the southern region.

Climate

Extremely cold throughout the year. Summers are mildly warmer, but still cold enough for snow in the northern regions.
