Recover the pirate chessboard from the liches

A band of liches in service to The Dark One stole a magic chessboard from John's Temple. The chessboard allows them to summon undead pirate ships, enough to make a fleet and raid the Alvidarian coast. They must be stopped, and the chessboard recovered or destroyed.
