A world with a magic level slightly below that of Renedge. The world appears to Earthling visitors as a magitech-infused cross between Blade Runner and Hyper police. Humans are the majority (a bit below 50% of the population), but anime-style demihumans are common. The civilizations on the world have skyscrapers, cars, and "electrical" power, but the cars and power are magic-based and people walking down the street with trench coats and medieval weaponry are not uncommon.

The world is Earthlike, with a wide range of terrain types across its continents.

Localized Phenomena

Illusion and alteration magic are greatly weakened on this world. Illusion magics are almost nonfunctional, while alteration spells take significantly more concentration. Natural shapeshifting appears unaffected.

As an apparently Earthlike world, Halloran has a wide variety of climates.
