The First Necro Virus Outbreak

The United States unleashes NEC-27 on North Korea, The Virus rapidly spreads throughout Pyongyang and various parts of the country, overwhelming the Nation and forcing Imperial China to lock down the country and begin exterminating infected populations.   Despite American intentions, NEC-27 spreads to South Korea and utterly devastates the Country with millions becoming infected. The Virus rapidly mutates and continues to spiral out of control. The City of Seoul succumbs to the virus with much of the government getting eaten alive, many US Servicemen also lose their lives.   The Condition in North Korea escalates again with infections starting to reach Manchuria. Before the situation could escalate further. Imperial China nukes the entire Korean peninsula and orders a general extermination of all living things, bombing the Peninsula for weeks until Extermination teams moved through killing all citizens and infected on the Peninsula. The US agrees and does the same, sinking refugee boats before they could reach Japan.   By the end of the Outbreak, both Koreas had seemingly been totally wiped off the face of the Earth, however despite wholesale exterminations, Nec-27 continued on. Forcing China and the US to declare an exclusion zone. To both nation's surprise, North Korea reemerged from the fires and installed a Post-Nuclear government that would continue to battle the infection in both Koreas. Threatening that if Nukes are ever fired again at Korean Soil, NK would unleash its full nuclear potential in the world.   All the same, NK was forever hobbled by this event. Everything had vastly exceeded America's expectations and the development of Nec-27 continued.
