Sanctuary
The capital of Reddale known as a haven for criminals. Eight wizard towers ring and overshadow this large city. The city below has a noble quarter that is made of several small estates patrolled by private guards, while the remainder of the city is populated by the poor living in wattle and daub building in various states of decay. The poor section of the city is ruled block by block by the street gangs.
