The Hellish Rebuke

The Hellish Rebuke is a Tiefling-centric pub found by the docks in Sanctuary and marked by a sign bearing a tiefling breathing a fireball. The location itself is full of small tables in dark spaces that make it hard to see more than shadowed figures sitting at the tables. Unlike the visual privacy this pub provides, there is nothing to keep the occupants of one table to overhear the conversations going on at another table.
