The Collectors Guild
The Collectors Guild is a network of black market business-people who operate out of the Dwelling in The Divided City of Kastkardia. They are responsible mainly for the acquisition and dissemination of technology and other good found by scrappers, and as such they will often employ a number of scrappers to work for them to travel into The Scraps and scavenge for useful items on their behalf.
