Structure
The Gilded Miners was founded, and is currently owned, by an Azer named Fernis the Gilded. The next below Fernis is the a council of foreman simply called Honored Foreman of Gilded. Their main responsibility is to scout for new locations of valuable veins, keep the books, and ensure the current projects are continuing on schedule. The next rank is Front Foreman, the ones who actually go into the the mines with the miners to ensure safety and standards are maintained. The last rank is Miner, either hired temporarily or permanently, they are the ones who go into the mines and mine out all the minerals and gems.
Culture
The Gilded Miners to outsiders seem like gold hungry individuals who are more interested in their own wealth than decency. In actuality the Honored Foreman of Gilded donate especially exquisite findings to museums for preservation and for all to behold.
Public Agenda
The agenda of the Gilded Miners is to recover any valuable gems and minerals. Then sell them for profit to any who are willing to pay the price regardless of their affiliation.
Assets
The Gilded Miners have different quarries and mines throughout the Hinterlands. The biggest mine owned by the Gilded Miners is the Kirbridge Mine, located in the town of Kirbridge. The headquarters of the Gilded Miners is located in the sister city Tirbridge.
