The best nightclubs and restaurants, most of which are run by the Orzhov, are in this neighborhood. The plaza promotes decadent pleasure and extravagant spending.

The Orzhov Syndicate runs many of the restaurants and nightclubs, and the Selesnya Conclave maintains the grounds and parks.

Architecture

Plaza West was built to impress. It toes the line between luxurious and gaudy with towering arches, painstakingly manicured topiaries, and floating buildings.
