Burgomaster's Mansion (Barovia Village)

The childhood home of Ismark Kolyanovich and Ireena Kolyana now sags among twisted iron gates and weeds with old claw marks and fire damage marring the once beautiful house. Of the buildings in the vilage, this has seen the most damage, none of it recent. Ismark still lives here, but he never seems to put forward any effort to save his home from the passage of time.

Purpose / Function

The home of Village of Barovia's government, theoretically. Needed for utility.

Alterations

While Ireena still lived here, holy symbols were put up and windows were boarded to turn the house into a ramshackle fortress. These changes and the damages done to the house as a whole have yet to be taken down or repaired.

History

It was built not long after Strahd von Zarovich took residence in Castle Ravenloft and has acted as the home for the burgomaster ever since.
