Dalikorr ([dalɪkoɾ])
The Dalikorr tribe are a semi-nomadic people who roam the Dunes of Oblivion. They are a group of Sedjai and speak the language, but pronounce their vowels slightly differently - the Dalikorrid dialect.
They have recently taken over a city in the southern area of the Dunes by the name of Timikqar and are using it to trade with the southern kingdoms. They serve the role of negotiators and trade surveyors, making sure that the people of the desert aren’t being taken advantage of.
Culture
The Dalikorrid military upbringing is intrinsic to their culture. Every child is raised to be able to survive not only against the harsh environment of the desert, but also against the historic hostility of the countries to the south. Nowadays, the relationship with the southern kingdoms has been greatly improved ever since trade was introduced as an option. Dalikorrki individuals have become valued mercenaries in the south and entire travelling groups are hired at a time for coin and supplies.
Promises also play a huge role in the communication of the Dalikorrki. A Dalikorrid oath is for life, and one doesn’t swear it lightly. If a promise was to be broken by the opposing party, they won’t be outrunning their consequences for long.

Positive
For whatever the Dalikorrki do not have access to in the south, Raqanokki are happy to provide. Whenever Raqanokki travel into areas which could be deadly, the Dalikorrki offer to accompany them on the journey to assure safe passage.
Tolerant
While their relationship isn’t anything hostile, Qakiriki and Dalikorrki people are still cautiously wary of one another during negotiations while out in the desert. These cautions are less prominent within the walls of a city or settlement along their paths.
Hostile
Talaqki and Dalikorrki are and have been aggressive and hostile towards one another for ages. They do not trade. They do not speak. Over the years, they have even settled on opposite sides of the dunes.
Meetings between the two are often bloody, leaving one entire party to the dunes.
