Blackbloom
The Blackblooms are a noble family of the Kingdom of The Archipelago.
Culture
The Blackbloom culture is one heavily based on strength and warfare. Due to their proximity to the mainland, their history is steeped in invasions and stained by blood. People of Blackbloom origin tend to be coarse and rough, possessing a somewhat gruff/hard disposition.
Territories
Within the Blackbloom territories there are a total of six separate islands in the central part of The Archipelago.
These include:
These include:
- Riharada - The South-Western most island of the Blackbloom territories, and closest to the mainland, is Riharada. This island has been the location of countless violent battles throughout the years, constantly being taken and lost by opposing claimants.
- Bhillibii - The Eastern most island within the Blackbloom territory, it is the largest of the Blackbloom lands. Now brought to heel, this island was once ruled over by a great pirate, and occupied by his outlaw underlings. Though a criminal, this great pirate is a loved legend within Bhillibii, and a well know figure throughout the world. His life still rules over their culture today.
- Faifkas Ghim - The northern most island within the Blackbloom lands, the island is named for the ancient giant monster tusk that dominates the horizon. The stories of the origins of this creature run deep through the beliefs of the people of this island.
- Stones Throw - While it's own island, Stones Throw is extremely close to the South-Western edge of Faifkas Ghim, with only a sliver of ocean dividing the two. This is a stony island.
- Tairegae Blithe - A central island within The Archipelago, Tairegae Blithe is another island who's history is stained with blood. The warring and fighting had a strong impact on the culture of the people.
- Faegfall - The seconded southern most island, the peoples of this island are all new, and do not share the same blood as the original natives due to their genocidal execution. This event still heavily influences their culture.
