Lorescale

This being is a peculiar one. He can be described as a Chameleon Lizardfolk (one of the The Magrocain) and his interaction with Welcome Tasks was brief but impactful. Within the City sits the skull of Doimau which has been refurbished as an arcane leyline for the Yuan-Ti. While inside the skull, Welcome Tasks met Lorescale who promised to help them defeat Giac Moran. As a means of showing his loyalty, he healed the party of their brands given by the empire, gave the party an amulet to ease their return to the city, and planeshifted them home from such a hostile place. What was truly intriguing was that when he transported the party back to Quai Thu, his form flickered from his present chameleon form to that of a larger winged serpent. Unfortunately Welcome Tasks was shifted away before they could ask any questions. Lorescale motives remain unclear, but for now appears to be a powerful ally.
