Additional Information
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Tribes of Lizardfolk can be found throughout the jungles of Qua Thu, however they do have a centralized territory that they claim for themselves. The Eastern banks of Union Lake makes up the Western boarder of this territory, while the Cong Song and Storm Rivers form the North and South boarder respectively. Lastly, their territory ends to the East along the Back Scale Mountains.

Naming Traditions
Lizardfolk names follow the tradition of being named for tangible things ranging from what their scale tone was at birth to what the weather was that day. For example, "Bao" is the draconic word for storm and you could almost be certain a Lizardfolk named that was born during a rainy day.
Major Language Groups and Dialects
The majority of Lizardfolk primary speak Draconic. Although, those who interact with other sentient species have picked up a few words of the common tongue of Quai Thu.
Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals
-Bong Dat-
For the most part, the individual tribes of Lizardfolk do not interact. One exception to this is that of the game of Bong Dat. Bong Dat is played on a rectangular field with four players on a side. Each player is equipped with a flat club similar to that of the machuatl warriors wield. On opposite sides along the shorter length of the field there is a goal roughly 10 feet wide. The game begins with two opposing players start at the center of the field where a solid sphere roughly 10 inches in diameter is placed. The object of the game is to knock the ball into the opposing team, and once this is done successfully, the game ends. Bong Dat is a contact sport and the strategy for the game varies from tribe to tribe. Those of An Loi tend to use their brute strength to their advantage while those of Mua Gat focus on more dexterous maneuvers. Each machuatl is about seven feet in length and can be used both for driving the ball down field or disrupting opponents.
