Finn Boys

Historical

The Finns are at the low-end of Arkham’s criminal fraternity, having come together just a handful of years ago: a street gang that has yet to evolve into anything more organized. They follow O’Bannion’s operations with great interest and look up to him in an idealized manner. Occasionally, someone in O’Bannion’s crew uses members of the Finns to carry out a job (usually theft or robbery), and this is a great way for up-and-coming members to get the attention of, and potentially be recruited by, the “grown-ups” league.   Gang members indulge in petty thievery and occasional burglary, but there’s no fence in Arkham who’ll trust these kids (yet). Thus, they mostly loiter on corners and in vacant lots to talk and posture.

Finns’ Rivalry

The Finns consider the area around the brickyard as their turf. They tend to keep to River-Town and the northern parts of the French Hill neighborhood as these are where they feel the safest, due to their own-going rivalry with The Rocks, a gang of Italian youths that congregates around the Southside Gym {717} on South Sentinel Street. Members of both gangs hang out in Art’s Billiards {220}, which they consider neutral ground, although that hasn’t stopped the occasional fight breaking out around the billiards tables.
