Description: a 6 foot (1.8 m) tall white male, third generation Irish, heavily built, and usually seen wearing tailored pin-stripe suits. When out and about, he’s chauffer driven in a black Packard.

Traits: likes to tell jokes and can talk for hours; an educated fellow whose charming nature conceals a cold and brutal personality that delights in humiliating and destroying others. Most times, he keeps his hands clean, letting his minions do the dirty work.

Other: lives in a suite at the top of the Hotel Miskatonic {634}.

Rival: Giuseppe “Joe” Potrello who he muscled out of the booze business in Arkham, with the help of the Boston Irish mob.

He is often out of town, usually on business in Boston, negotiating with and delivering money to the mob bosses who financed the move into the Miskatonic Valley. They trust him enough to use his boats to dump unseemly corpses at sea.
