It isn't known where the persona of the Bed Dancer comes from, but it has become a persona for people to adopt when they want to, according to a colloquialism, "tango". While it's clear that "tango' is a popular dance in some places, it seems like it also refers to people wishing to spend the night with another person.
Most people who find themselves drunk on a night out at least some point in their life could claim to having been with the Bed Dancer, but with conflicting stories and no solid corrobboration to their statements, it is completely impossible to validate anyones claims. Some people have even claimed that the Bed Dancer was an Angel-blooded, and others have claimed that they were a Revived. The most commonly said description of them has been "human-like, dark hair, piercing eyes, light touch".

Falsification

Due to the complete lack of solid information about the Bed Dancer, many people have been trying to pin down who exactly the Bed Dancer is, but the prevailing theory is that the Bed Dancer is in fact multiple people over time. Claims of the Bed Dancer have existed for decades, with no one being able to agree on any detail bar one.
The only claim that seems to be agreed upon is that the Bed Dancer was, in fact, the cause of the best night of their life. Though these nights are largely fueled by alcohol and other intoxicants, it's hard to figure out what may have been the larger contributing factor.
