Cimmerian Elves: (D&D equivalent: Drow) Straya’s people also known as the Dark Ones, Shadow Elves or Strayan Elves. Ort is the word used by the Cimmerian to refer to all other peoples including those of their more enlightened cousins. they live in a world much like that of ancient Rome mixed with the paranoia and police state of North Korea or The Soviet Union. Natural alignment leans heavily towards that of the lawful evil. In Straya’s city, no violation of the law will be tolerated and the punishment for any transgression is death.
