General Summary

This session's timeframe overlaps with last session.
Emelia and Calloway hung out with Sherri Ironfist, who gossiped about Sulphier having bad dreams. Calloway and Emelia plotted convincing the eccentric taxidermist Sid Vicious that one of his animals was still alive... we'll see if that works out. ;)

Mili-bohn & Dominhall

The CG checked in on Dom's healing process. Through a clever use of Message and Detect Thoughts, Calloway was able to communicate with Dominhall despite his lack of physical awareness of his surroundings (though he showed signs of improvement in perception). They tried to comfort and encourage him. Important thoughts include:

"Why did she take away my senses?"

Why is Jaysennia involved?

When asked about where he was and who took away his senses, he spiraled into the chant Spug dictated during the Gutter Party

Clearly & intentionally stops himself from even thinking "Ylmyo-Aldon"

Leaf also talks to Mili-Bohn and decides to ally himself with Kraa'thom, further entrenching himself in the biome of Lient'roc. He shows his dedication by getting the symbol of Kraa'thom tattooed on his pec.

Jaysennia's Journal

Ting finishes translating Jaysennia's shorthand and seems ready to never talk about the Baron or the manuscript again. Important points:

She didn't understand why the Baron married Baroness Altunka -- Chelu-kaan rarely marry.

When the Baron set up a trade route to establish the town as an export city, he needed a large amount of capital that isn't accounted for

The Baron spent a ton of money, including hiring Dominhall, once he started this trade route

Dom quickly isolated himself and became obsessed with the fungi and the cave environment upon arrival at Port Shimmerly

TLDR:

Leaf finds Jesus Kraa'thom and solidifies his personal training side hustle. Calloway Mind Melds with Dominhall Amanita. Klaus is problematic. Jaysennia's journals continue to suspect the Baron of something undefined, but sketchy.

Klaus

Klaus Iverfort shows up at the CG Mansion one night with bottles of champagne. The group parties, ultimately ending with Leaf gaining Klaus as a client for his newly developing personal training side hustle. Klaus gives Leaf a key to the private East Wing of Castle Iverfort, and may or may not end up getting a tattoo of his family crest.
Klaus also took this time to espouse some problematic opinions and complain about his father. He still has trouble accessing the caves, and the Baron constantly talks about the Coast Guard and their mushroom mission.
