Personal history
Tivius Ravenus Reed was a child born in a time of relative luxury for The Reed Empire, he was the son of Emperor Aethelwulf. The city of SwampsShore was one of the biggest in all of Pentos at the time, certainly among the most important. The Reed Empire had no serious threats at the time, it was mainly just them and the other Old Houses. But the Empire wanted it all, no matter the alliances they had to break.
Aethelwulf was an Emperor who fought against a large number of evil abominations. Even with the new Gazzarite Steel blades, the fighting was tough.Tivius was raised mainly as a warrior, but he always found time to delve into the sciences. His main interest was metallurgy and Alchemy, things he would be relying on in his future.

An astute gentleman, he was a scholar and also a dabbling blacksmith. His intelligence would prove to be assistance in providing his ultimate weapon the power it needed.
