The Amix
The Amix is an accumulative term for the 4 races that came to be from vengeful jealousy over The Animalian King's clear favoritism over Humans. Reptiles, birds, fish and insects rose up against the 'chosen' mammal of all the animal creations and became their own Minds (i.e races). Mutates from fury they would go on to become the natural born enemies of Animalians - Humans further favoured and aided by the Animalian King himself.
As a Language
Amix is also the term used to describe a sort of coded language that the 4 races use to speak in secret amongst themselves, or at least that was the intent during the heaviest of the warring days at the start of The Ae's War, nowadays the war could be considered cold and few have need to be so secretive. Amix is a loosely mixed combination of all four of the races languages, resulting in a stepped pattern of alternating words.
For example if the following words are represented as so:
- Drak
- In'sec
- Ski'sen
- Erel
Then the following sentence can be said in these ways:
- This is a sentence
- This is a sentence
- This is a sentence
- This is a sentence
For a master, generally whichever pattern one starts to speak in is then continuously repeated (1234, 1234, 1234 etc)
To continuously mix up your pattern (1234, 3241, 2431 etc)is to perhaps compensate for not knowing a certain word in the right language according to the pattern and is done so by those less knowledgeable or in haste. The language itself was created to allow each race to communicate with one another without needing extensive understanding of all 4 languages while making it extra difficult for their enemies to understand.
