The language of the plane of Ribosia, it is also known as the language of dreams or the words of sleepers. It is a mostly spoken language, when written it seems to use the lettering of Boric ...or does it?
Ruccid's nature is magical or instinctive... no that's not right, it has no discernible description for how it works exactly. But those that seem to have a true bond to the plane seem to gain perfect ability to understand and speak the language as needed.
For example the Satyrs once retreated to the plane and many generations later, they speak it naturally as if one day realised their words were now just different. Qedoza that are bound to spirits of Ribosia are granted the same knowledge by ways through their spirits. Dreamthings are born? Created? Summoned ? of the plane itself and so it is an ability held even for those that have come to live and create generations outside of the plane.
Even the Snifen who by their created nature sleep a lot then spend much of their time dreaming within the plane and thus have come to have a sleepy understanding of Ruccid.
