Harvey is a catfolk investigator originating from the city of Winthrop, where he was known for being a conspiracy theorist. Despite the reputation, Harvey was right about the homeless population in the city disappearing, and he was right about the lord Isvoth being something other than human- though some may never realize otherwise.

He left the city when given the opportunity by Huey Romero, believing he was better off as far away from it as possible.
