Laumia Runeseeker Kalagakane (Low (like cow) mia (like mee-ya) runeseeker ka-LA-gakane)

Laumia is a middle-aged goliath librarian who resides in Grayhill. She's the primary caretaker of the Frosted Library and an enthusiast about old books and forgotten knowledge. 
Laumia doesn't discuss her own past terribly much, but it's clear from anyone exposed to her for very long that the has had some unfortunate events in her history. It's not abundantly clear what her goals are, but she is keen to discuss any unusual documents with those she meets. She takes a further interest in strange devices and odd creatures, though it's clear she's far less intense about these.
