Government

New Kemys serves as the highest seat of government on Falias, where the Falias Colonial Army's primary base of operations sit.

Defences

As to be expected of the FUC's central authority, New Kemys today is as much a fortress as it is a city, holding a bulk of the FCA's primary forces and refurbishing many of its primary infrastructural systems into formiddable defensive positions in case of attack.

Infrastructure

Owing to its status as the first colony, New Kemys is something of a self-sufficient, jack-of-all-trades colony, providing and commanding some degree of all the FUC's needs in some way or another.

History

New Kemys was originally the landing site of the SEVP Kemys's emergency vessels, after the ship was rendered uninhabitable by freak solar-activity. After landing on Falias, the ships' inhabitants slowly began constructing a rudimentary colony with what little resources and technology they took with them, eventually taking apart one of the two emergency-vessels in its entirety to use its parts to establish a safe living-enviroment underneath Falias' icy surface. Over the years, these tunnels expanded while secondary colony-sites began constructions around it as needed, until it eventually became the capital of a sprawling proto-nation and remained that way in spite of its changing ownership.
