The other island is given over to workshops and small industry, there is a blacksmiths, butchers, cloth merchant, carpenters, alchemist, herbalist and a small market which sells trinkets, foods and crafts.

Tourism

Most people who come to Top Hat are visiting druids, family members of students or residents, scholars, or those who have come to seek the aid of the Druids. Access can only be granted by the Druids and all visitors must have a valid reason for needing to visit the plane.

Geography

The village is situated on two floating islands, which hover several hundred feet above the forest grove. The islands have a temperate climate, and those areas not taken up by buildings or workspaces are grass with trees growing wherever they have space. Most of the residential houses have kitchen gardens, fences are replaced by low hedges, or flower beds, and there are several shared greens.
