Magister Theodas Shalen (a.k.a. Justinian)
A former diplomat from Ilengal, he came to like Amana as it united. He advanced his talents in magic to help the people of Amana, joining the Royal Armory when it was founded. As it grew, and devotion to Nepi became a cornerstone of the Armory, he joined in devotion to her. Over time, his service and devotion promoted him through the ranks, eventually becoming a magister. His fondness for Amana is kept close to his chest, and often he is seen as cold and calculating.
