Candela Guild
The Candela Guild is a newer assassin's guild founded on Espiria. When and where exactly is unknown. They are known for relatively high profile jobs. They don't go after national leadership, but they do hit upper class families and nobility. Unlike most assassin's guilds, members have not been afraid to be messy, or make the deaths more public affairs - like housefires or explosions.
Structure
The guild is led by the guild leader. Under them are the handlers. Contracts are made with the guild leader or the handlers. The handlers then assign the contract to a guild member to carry out.
Culture
They maintain an air of professionalism. No contract is personal, and it is important to the survival of the guild that members cannot make contracts with the Candela. Because their marks are upper class or nobility, the people of Espiria do not fear the Candela. And because they do not accept contracts for government officials, they are not hated for direct political espionage.
