The Judge (a.k.a. Terri Ezai)
The Judge is the goddess of Law, Order, and Justice. She is also the only daughter of the Matriarch. She is a chaotic, ironically, force of the law, enforcing it in ways that may seem non-conventional.
The Judge is closely tied to the Mortician, both due to the both of them being lovers as well as her serving an integral part in assisting her partner in the affairs of souls.
Divine Domains
The Judge rules over Law, Order, and Justice. She is the one who makes sure order stays in place, in some way or the other.
She is also in charge of determining what afterlife a mortal soul goes to, as well as participating in the games of Memento. She typically handles specifically the morally reprehensible souls, doing her best to make sure they don't win.
Holy Books & Codes
The Judge has a book called "The Lawmaker", in which it talks about her views strongly and reminds you that rules should be followed and should be for the greater good of society. She assures you that when you need her, she will be walking alongside you.

The Judge is denoted by a golden balance scale, with one side weighed down with a skull.
The word "Justice" is also a huge part of her worship, often being used in slogans or sermons. That, and talk of Blind Justice and "I See You"

The Judge's followers believe that justice is swift and always tailing you. No matter what, justice will come to you in the end. The Judge will keep tally of your sins and punish you accordingly when your time comes to leave and she must hand you off to Memento. You can't lie to the face of law and order, she sees it all.

The Judge's goals are clearly stated. She wants law to stay in place, and deeply urges her followers to report lawbreakers who do so not out of desperation. She desires that the laws and order of the world stays in place. Even if it's done by more chaotic methods.

The Judge is often depicted in drawings as a dragonborn with dark teal scales and red pupil/irisless eyes. She's also often given a blindfold over her eyes.

Personal history
The Judge is a younger god, appearing soon after The Mortician as the daughter of The Matriarch. The Judge has long been the close companion of the Mortician. She is who informs her of who should go where, and keeps evil gods as far away as possible as she can.
The Judge is known to have, in the past, left her godly plane and roam among mortals under the name "Terri Ezai". Some followers believe she still does this, for either her own amusement or to push those destiny's order deems important forward.
