Kothar Omina (a.k.a. The Beast)
A half-orc from one of the civilian families within Beltin, Kothar is one of the few of her kind in the city let alone the Division as a whole. She has learned that even though she may not be fully accepted by the city as a whole she can depend on her friends and comrades to have her back.

Her mother a dock worker named Helena had a one night stand with an Orc sailer she never learned the name of, Kothar grew up as the one of the very few half-orcs in the Hidden City of Beltin. Growing up she was made fun of for her tusks to the point that she began to file them down, only after her graduation did she start letting them grow out at the behest of her team commander Charlie.
