Doden Plains
The Doden Plains is a constant site of skirmishes between Frisia and Wetterau. It is war-torn and blasted. Craters from cannonballs and mortars pock the area. Caravans of trade do flow through here heading into the Burggraftshaft of Kernig in the Wetteran Stadts, but the cost is high as mercenaries and soldiers frequently exact ridiculous unsanctioned taxes on trade passing through.
Geography
The plains are a natural break between the Kriegshugels to the southwest and the Falkengipfel hills to the northeast. The Nordwald is the northwestern boundary of the plains and the Nord Berkwoud are the southeastern boundary.
Fauna & Flora
Massive murders of crows flit about the plains picking the bodies of any shiny baubles and jewelry and flocks of carrion birds gorge on the dead.
Natural Resources
The plains are blasted and devastated by constant warfare. Nothing of any note is harvested, mined, or otherwise collected here.
