Kastair Tellurien

Archmagus Kastair Tellurien is the current ruler of the Remnant Isles. He is the son of Rowlen Tellurien, the founder of the current Remnant Isles. He rules from the fortress-device known as the Nagothian Vortex in Rasten, although he has yet to employ the device. One of his first acts upon taking the throne is to grant the Argos their freedom, granting them equal citizenship, a decision that some in power strongly disliked, but has made him popular with the commonfolk, something his father could never claim.
