Ordo Gateway Network
Ordo Gateway Network is a galaxy wide transportation network designed and constructed by the Architect for the sole purpose of instant intergalactic transportation. The system was based on Gree, Celestials and Tho Yor. It functions by opening a controlled temporal wormhole that connects to another gateway either directly or through a series of interconnected nodes. Locations involved in the network were selected for maximum reach to ensure of stable and galaxy wide coverage.
There are many gateways spread across the galaxy and even more minor nodes used to extend the networks reach making it an excellent alternative for space travel for smaller groups. It has been used for invasions at certain times but serve more as a bottleneck than anything else and is therefore not conventionally used for large scale troop movements. It was extended later to accommodate the Ordo Communications Network which also served the make the whole system more stable. Each gateway station has a control interface that any Templar could use to activate it, and the Council of Seven all had the ability to use it directly without the interface having a master override command imprinted in their rings enabling them to use it even during a lockdown.
