Lady Alsirae Of Eagora
As the only survivor of the Burning of Eagora, and therefore the only living member of her species and culture, Alsirae was taken in and hidden by members of the Astryan Nobility, taught noble culture, and secretly given the title of Lady. During this time she was also trained in fighting, abandoning the typically pacifist nature of her kind in order to protect herself.

Personal history
She lived a happy, normal Eagoran childhood within the treetop city of Eagoran until the age of sixteen, learning to distrust all members of the outside world except the Aerie folk from a very young age. At the age of sixteen, however, her city and the forest it was built upon were burned to the ground, with all her people inside, leaving her the only survivor as she had strayed too long in the Aerie city of Bellshade and gotten left behind.
Seeing the city burned and realising the implications of this, she fled under a disguise to Baygate, the capitol of Astiron, the island Eagora and Bellshade are on, and stowed away on a ship made for nobility to cross the water to go on trips and holidays.
Education
Alsirae was educated in the schools of her people until age 16, when her city and therefore entire race was burned. Past this point she was educated in the ways and knowledge of the Astryan Nobility for two years following her adoption into it in order to prepare her for the life of a noble. Due to this, she is very intelligent and highly educated, as well as trained socially to fit the role of a Lady.
Employment
While not technically employment, she lives as a noblewoman, whilst secretly learning to act as a figurehead leader for the magical rebellion after her presentation. She carries the title of Lady, and attends social functions and events of importance in accordance with this.
Mental Trauma
As the only living member of her species, the day her city and people burned is a source of a large amount of trauma; she experiences nightmares related to that day, along with a paralysing fear of large fires. She does not allow herself to go close to anything larger than a campfire, even simply a large bonfire, as her fear and connection to it is too strong. She is also suspicious of all those who wield fire as a weapon, magically or otherwise, even her allies.
This trauma also results in her neglecting one half of her magical ability- Eagorans have the ability to wield ice with one hand, and fire with another. Due to the trauma of the fire that took her home, she does not use her fire wielding except by accident.
Relationships
History
They meet after Alsirae's presentation, where Elora and Ileck are acting as guards. When the event is attacked, Alsirae goes on the land as the new figurehead of the now-started Rebellion, and alongside her personal guard, Erius, Elora and Ileck decide to follow and protect her as prior members of the Asogate Rebellion.
