Arikayis Quickcollar
Arikayis Quickcollar is a Gnomish wizard apprentice from Almus, The Tenth, now working under Court Mage Lusia Le Moal.
Arikayis was born to a small wealthy family in Draycott. The Quickcollar family are known for the excellent tailoring and their large sheep farms in Draycott. Arikayis was born as the fourth daughter out of seven siblings, and so when she reached the age of 12, her parents sent her off to study at the Forsarth Institute for the Betterment of Education, hoping that she would be able to use her intelligence to learn a new trade and expand the family business.
Arikayis soon became quick friends with other students at the school including Innis Ingen and Razira Stonefist. The trio soon gaining a reputation as school bullies, skipping lessons and being cruel to other students, an Aasimar girl named Zoltaira Nioh in particular.
Eventually Arikayis graduated, having specialised in arcane magic and politics. Due to her specialties she was recruited by Lusia le Moal to form part of a class of apprentices, working alongside her for close to a year before she emerged as sole apprentice of the Court Mage.
While working in this position she came across her old friend Innis again, now going by Rose and working with the adventuring group The Abnormals. She would learn that her friend had seemingly lost her memory, having no knowledge of her or their childhood together. Arikayis would warn her old friend that the son of her Mistress was looking to find and kill the party after their skirmish during a battle in the Dalry/Almus War. Arikayis would soon hear that the Abnormals had fled the city, and thus she was unable to assist her friend with her memory loss.
