The capital of Norheim Population ~ 50,000     Notable Places:       The Dragon Stables: The original stalls of this huge stone-walled building were each large enough to hold a young dragon. They have been divided by wooden frames into horse stalls, which are hired out to merchants, pilgrims, and other travellers.   The Brass Mace: A shabby adventurer's tavern, built within what was once an aristocrat's manor.   The Fighting Arena: A large hexagonal amphitheatre, said to be built upon an ancient and bloody battlefield.   Grimsdotr's Arsenal: A large weaponsmith's workshop, built atop an outcrop of volcanic rock.   Horfu: Female Human Fishmonger, Neutral. Horfu is exceptionally beautiful, with thick copper hair and gray eyes. She wears modest garments and a green cloak. Horfu is known for her impossible luck.   Vanla's Ironworks: The workshop of a female human blacksmith named Vanla, who was once the best weaponsmith in the kingdom.   The Hell-hound and Hound: A large adventurer's inn, built around a hewn stone impaled by a sword.   The Light Merchant: A single storey timber and brick building, the shop of a female human equipment merchant named Tjotta Viridotr. It is said to be built atop a crater where a piece of the sun fell to earth long ago, and everything Tjotta sells glows with warmth when needed.   The Crossed Wands: An elegant dwarven inn, kept by a sphinx named Nocri.   The Charging Mammoth General Store: The shop is a single storey building of stone walls, with several stained glass windows. The shopkeeper is a young male dwarf named Inken Olfastson.

Government

Queen Fiusnath reigns supreme from her seat in the Emberforge Keep.   She and her council of elders write laws and proclaim rule within this city.
