Island 3 - Midway Station

Island 3 is on the opposite side of the Earth from Luna. It serves as a service and refueling station for ships headed out of local space. The station itself survives largely on solar power. Though theoretically neutral, the station has changed hands between the PAC and TASA several times over the past several wars. A sentiment of independence is growing among the permanent inhabitants who have been subjected to the Terrestrial power struggles.
