Mirror of Detect Good and Evil Magic

A Mirror of Detect Good and Evil is a magical item used to detect the presence of creatures of Fey, Fiend, Celestial, Aberration, Elemental, or Undead origin. It also detects the residual aura signature of magic cast by a creature of these origins.
A Mirror of Detect Good & Evil Magic is created from a base of either silver lime or teak wood, into which an Artificer carves a diagram of the planescape. A silver mirror is affixed to the front, and it is coated in a lacquer made from holy water and specially blessed resin from druidic trees. Spells of Detect Magic and Detect Good and Evil are cast into it several times, while pointing it at various extraplanar sources of magic to calibrate the auras it displays.
