Madame Flora

Madame Flora is a Half-Elf noblewoman, the primary curator of the Royal Institute of Cantonova. She is a Wargrave of Cuarto Almaviva, pact-bound to Mab.
She is widely known for her extraordinary intelligence. She speaks at least eight languages, including Draconic, Infernal, and Celestial. She is a major patron of the arts in the city, particularly of opera. 
Less charitably, she is also known among the Council of Wargraves and the general upper echelon of Cantonova society for her intense nosiness. She is particularly prone to meddling in the affairs of promising adventuring parties who come to the Royal Institute seeking information.
