Mab

Mab (formerly known as Queen Mab) is an archfey of the Summer Court of the Feywild. She is the mother of Titania.
No taller than the average human foot, she wears a shimmering gossamer nightgown and reclines on the back of a dragonfly. She always appears to be pregnant; legend has it she gives birth to prophetic dreams.
According to the Legend of the Caorthannach, she was killed when the Caorthannach laid waste to the Summer Court after being released by Telwyth-Teg. It is unknown exactly how and when she was resurrected, though she seems to have reappeared in tandem with the village of Vahana Gárrandrad along the far edge of the Summer Court. Accounts of her presence, and the village itself, date back to at least the Y800s CPX. A few rumors claim that, since being killed, she no longer has the power to grant magic to mortals. As she has granted a seat to a Wargrave of Cantonova continuously since the city's founding, though, these rumors seem to be unfounded. Her current wargrave, Madame Flora of Cuarto Almaviva, has served in her position for over 30 years.
